Turn The Beat: bringing a legacy to the stage, and the web.
A custom WordPress build for a Las Vegas headliner show built around Gloria Estefan's music, designed to carry the same energy from the stage to the screen.
A headliner show needed a home base.
Turn The Beat is a Las Vegas tribute show built around Gloria Estefan's catalog, live music, choreography, and the kind of production values a residency show needs to be taken seriously in a market as competitive as the Vegas Strip.
The problem wasn't a lack of talent or material, it was that the show had no real digital presence to match. Show dates lived in scattered social posts. There was no single place for a potential ticket buyer to see what the show actually was, no press kit a venue booker or journalist could pull up in thirty seconds, and no gallery that did justice to what the show looked like live. For a production trying to book venues and build an audience at the same time, that gap was costing real opportunities.
Built to update without a developer.
The site needed to do two things at once: look like a professional entertainment brand from the first scroll, and be simple enough for the team to update show dates and details themselves without calling a developer every time something changed.
That meant building a custom event management system on top of WordPress rather than relying on a generic events plugin that would have fought the site's design at every turn. Show listings, venue details, and ticket links all live in a simple admin interface, so adding a new date is a five-minute task, not a support ticket.
Custom Event System
A built-in way to add, edit, and retire show dates without touching code, keeping the listings always current.
Press & EPK Page
A dedicated press kit page bookers and media can pull up instantly, with bio, photos, and technical details in one place.
Show Gallery
A visual gallery that captures the energy of a live performance, built to load fast without sacrificing image quality.
Booking Flow
A clear path from "I'm interested" to a booked ticket or a venue inquiry, with no dead ends along the way.
A site that performs like the show does.
Turn The Beat now has a digital presence that matches its live production values, a site that reads as a professional Las Vegas entertainment brand rather than a hobby page. Show dates stay current because updating them is genuinely easy, not a chore that gets put off. And when a venue or journalist wants the essentials, the press kit page gets them there without a single email exchange.
