The Space
1,000 sq ft of treated, standalone space, no shared walls, so no sound bleed from a band next door. Modular furniture you can reconfigure, a PA system with vocal mics and stands, a maintained drum kit with cymbals, and bass and guitar amps. Climate-controlled and set up for rehearsals by default. Bring an SD card and record direct from the board.

Sign up to create an account, then pick a date, start time, and duration on the booking calendar. Pay through secure checkout and you'll get an email confirming your session.
Cancel from your bookings page any time before the session starts. More than 24 hours out, you're refunded in full. Closer than that, we may keep the deposit depending on whether we can rebook the slot.
Cancel the existing booking and create a new one for the new time. Same payment process, easier than juggling reschedules.

Set up for rehearsals by default; we reconfigure it for photo or video shoots, content shoots, workshops, movement sessions, or anything else you book.
Guitar and bass: your instrument, cables, and any effects pedals. Drums: sticks, plus your own snare or kick pedal if preferred. Keys: your keyboard and cables. Vocals: just yourself, mics, stands, and the PA are set up.
Yes, free parking on site. Load-in is at the side entrance, with plenty of room for a van or trailer.
The PA has a direct out. Bring an SD card recorder or laptop interface and you can capture a rough mix while you rehearse.
$80 for a 2 hour session, roughly $35 per hour for 3 to 7 hour sessions, and a $250 day rate for a full 8 hour booking. No setup fees, no surprise charges.
Open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Book any time on the calendar.
Late arrivals don't extend your slot, the next band needs the room. Book a longer session up front if you need extra time. Same-day extensions depend on the next booking.

Policies
The house rules and terms for using Electric Shop Rehearsal. Booking a session means you agree to everything below, please give it a read.
Booking & Payment
- Submitting the form places a hold on your booking. Online checkout is being set up, for now the studio will reach out directly after you book to arrange payment (cash or digital transfer).
- You'll get a confirmation email once payment is settled, with your date, time, and details.
- The price you see is the price you pay, there's no separate booking fee.
Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling
- 48+ hours before your session, cancel for a full refund.
- Less than 48 hours before, the booking is non-refundable.
- No-show (15+ minutes past your start time with no contact) is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before your session. After that, contact us, a rescheduling fee may apply.
- Weather or emergencies? Contact us right away, we handle those case by case.
- Approved refunds go back through your original payment method, we'll coordinate the return with you directly.
Your Session
- There's a 15 minute courtesy grace period. Time past your booked end is billed as overtime, charged automatically to the card on file. If you know you'll need more time, book a longer session up front.
- The booking is for you and your group. Please be mindful of headcount, keep it in line with the band or group size on your account so we can plan the room and stay within fire code.
- No overnight stays or sleeping in the space.
- The space has security cameras at the entrance and interior, recording 24/7 on a 30 day rolling archive. By booking and entering, you consent to being recorded.
- You keep all rights to your own original music. We claim nothing recorded or performed in the space.
The Space & Equipment
- Included gear and modular furniture are yours to use, confirm specifics with us before booking if it matters for your session.
- You're responsible for the proper operation and care of all equipment during your rental.
- We're not responsible for your personal gear. Carry your own insurance for valuable equipment or instruments and keep valuables with you.
Prohibited Items
The following are strictly not allowed in the space:
- Smoking, vaping, or tobacco products
- Marijuana or illegal drugs
- Open flames, candles, or fireworks
- Pets (service animals excepted)
- Glass bottles or containers
Violations can mean immediate termination of your session, forfeiture of your rental fee, and a ban from future bookings.
House Rules & Conduct
- Respect the property and other users, no writing on walls, no damage, clean up after yourself, and don't interfere with other bookings.
- No vulgar or disruptive behavior, weapons, or dangerous items.
- No alcohol on the premises; if consumed, it must be done responsibly and off-site.
- Leave the space as you found it: gear powered down, cables and stands returned, trash removed, doors locked. You may incur a fee if we have to clean up after you.
Damage & Liability
- If damage occurs, we document it with photo/video and notify you within 48 hours with the repair cost. You have 7 days to dispute with your own evidence.
- Any damage to the space, gear, or furniture, and any items stolen from the room during your session, are the responsibility of the booking artist.
- You use the space at your own risk and release Electric Shop Rehearsal from claims for personal injury or loss of personal property, except in the case of our own gross negligence. No insurance is provided for your equipment.
