Carmynn brings over a decade of lived practice to every class and session. Trained across eight disciplines including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Restorative, Yin, Kundalini, Breathwork, and Yoga Therapy -- she holds a 500 RYT certification earned through 200 hours with Sin City Yoga and 300 hours in Bali, Indonesia, with a deep focus on meditation.
As a licensed mental health professional, she designs sequences with a rare dual understanding of the nervous system and the mind. Every class is built around thoughtful challenge and real accommodation -- so you leave your session rejuvenated, grounded, and free from self-judgment.
