We don’t do generic. Every concha, every tres leches, every wedding cake carries the weight of a family recipe and the pride of where we come from.
Our roots
This bakery started with my grandmother’s recipes, handwritten on faded index cards. When our family came to Las Vegas, those cards came with us.
Every loaf, every cake, every cookie is a love letter to where we came from, and a warm welcome to everyone who walks through our door. You don’t have to be Mexican to feel at home here. You just have to be hungry.

The conchas taste exactly like the ones my mom used to bring home from the panaderia in Guadalajara. I cried a little, not gonna lie.
They made my daughter’s quinceañera cake and it was absolutely stunning. Everyone kept asking who made it. Everyone got a card.
Every Sunday we come here for pan dulce. It’s a ritual now. My kids won’t let me skip it even once.
